Legendary multi-Platinum rockers and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees FOREIGNER and STYX and recently announced a surprise release of a very special limited-edition companion album to their “Renegades & Juke Box Heroes” tour with special guest John Waite, which is now available exclusively at all tour stops and at select retail on July 12.

Thanks to the bands’ loyal and devoted fans, the album landed on various Billboard charts in its first week out, based on venue sales alone!  These include a stunning #4 on the Canadian Album Chart and #42 on the Current Album Chart.

Featuring such classics as “Too Much Time On My Hands,” “Cold As Ice,” “Renegade,” “Juke Box Hero,” and more, nothing sounds more like the soundtrack of summer than FOREIGNER’s and STYX’s biggest hits. This must-have collector’s album, available as a picture disc or in elegant silver vinyl, features both bands’ greatest hits and was mastered for vinyl by Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound with lacquers cut by Joe Nino-Hernes.

Just 1,000 copies of the picture disc and only 5,000 individually numbered copies of the silver edition are available. With many tour dates already selling out, demand has been high. When they are gone, they’re gone for good! A 13-track CD featuring all three artists and including the vinyl tracks is also available. The songs are available on all digital outlets. The picture disc will be available on STYX’s and FOREIGNER’s websites, and the silver edition will be available on Amazon on July 19.

The “Renegades & Juke Box Heroes” tour launched June 11 in Grand Rapids, MI at the Van Andel Arena. John Waite’s #1 songs, “Missing You” and “When I See You Smile” will help ensure a summer evening of feel-good anthems. Tickets are going fast, available at LiveNation.com. It’s been selling out venues and bringing new musical memories to fans from all generations, and it’s been garnering immense critical acclaim as well. From The Record (Texas), “The co-headlining trek across the U.S. by these two legendary acts gave fans all of the hits they could handle in one astounding night.” While HoustonPress.com raved, “All in all, this show went 3-for-3 with a batting average better than Houston Astro Lance Berkman in his prime. And these Boys of Summer still know how to hit.” And The Oakland Press (Michigan) concluded, “There may have been only one song from this century (the title track from STYX’s 2021 album CRASH OF THE CROWN), but over the course of four hours, plus intermissions, the three delivered more than two dozen songs that appeared on the Billboard Hot 100 chart at some point, most in the Top 20. It’s music that has aged better than critics at the time might have expected, or hoped, and amortized per-hit against a ticket price, even the highest levels, the fourth show of the ‘Renegades & Juke Box Heroes’ summer tour was a value-plus rock down memory lane and an exhibition of three extensive musical legacies.”
