The Dollyrots are currently out on The Wrapped In Sunshine Tour. The tour, which began on June 14th in Seattle, will wrap up on July 27th in Charleston, SC. We were stoked to catch The Dollyrots when the tour rolled into The Neighborhood Theatre in Charlotte, NC back on July 13th.
Fans were excited and already constantly trickling in when we arrived to the venue. Charlotte locals Modern Moxie got the show started and had no problems getting the crowd pumped up. They were followed by The Boreouts, who have been opening up for The Dollyrots through out the entire tour.
When The Dollyrots hit the stage, they jumped straight into “Everything” off of 2019’s Daydream Explosion and everyone was already singing along. It was a really great crowd and the band definitely fed off of it. The Dollyrots played a strong 14 song set. At the end of the show, Kelly & Luis were even joined on stage by their kids who also loved entertaining the crowd. It was such a great time beginning to end!
