Buzzed-about rock band RETURN TO DUST — Matty Bielawski [guitar, vocals], Graham Stanush [bass, vocals], Sebastian Gonzalez [guitar], and London Hudson [drums]— are thrilled to share the video for their latest single “Belly Up.”
The gritty riffs, grungey vocals, and grainy visuals, which find the band in performance mode, capture everything that Return To Dust are — a modern rock band that nods to the past, while blazing their own path with their unique, modern sound.
“Last year, we played over 70 shows, opening for our favorite bands and even going on our first headlining tour,” the band recalls. “The energy in the room each night was magical, and we wanted to put something together that captures that. The ‘Belly Up’ video shows our journey from recording the song in Los Angeles, to playing to and meeting hundreds of fans across the U.S. that all have their own story about how they found the band. We couldn’t be more proud to share this cumulative effort with you, and we can’t wait to go back on the road in April, to do it all again.”
That’s right — Return To Dust won’t be letting any grass grow under their feet. They will return to the road this spring and spend April and May supporting Pop Evil, and then they will open for Dorothy for several shows in May.
Return To Dust have also booked key festival appearances, including Sonic Temple and Welcome to Rockville. All dates are below.
Return To Dust embody the sound of shedding the weight of the past while embracing the promise of tomorrow. The Los Angeles-based quartet brings a fresh perspective to alternative rock. Their music fuses powerful harmonies, fuzz-laden riffs, and seismic grooves, fueled by the raw energy of four Gen Z friends jamming in a garage. 2024 saw them unveil their independent self-titled full-length debut, Return to Dust. Revolver applauded the group’s “Alice In Chains-inspired form of modern-day grunge.” In the aftermath, they lit up the stages at major festivals like Inkcarceration, Welcome To Rockville, and Sonic Temple, while also joining rock legends Chevelle and Sevendust as support on their respective tours. Signing to LAVA Records/Republic Records with more music and touring on the horizon for 2025, the group is poised to stand at the forefront of the next generation of rock music.
