Blacktop Mojo is bringing the Texas Tailgate tour, which is their current headline to select cities in the U.S. The tour, which began on June 13 in Tampa, FL will have dates running through July 24th. The band has brought along Brayden Stewart to open up on all dates so far.
We were so excited to catch this awesome tour when it rolled into Hangar 1819 in Greensboro, NC back on June 30th. As always fans were lined up ready to get in as soon as doors were set to open. NC locals, Fiction Parade, got the show started that night. Shortly after they were followed by singer/songwriter Brayden Stewart, who so easily connected with the fans in this audience.
Blacktop Mojo came out full force into their set. They have an undeniable energy that gets everyone excited. I think this was my 7th time seeing the band live and I swear they constantly just get better every single time. Catching a headline show is incredible because they have such a great catalog to pull from and like to bring out some surprises. They just really manage to fill their set with all the new and old favorites. The crowd is excited and singing along to each and every song all night.
The current tour runs through July 24th, but then you can still catch Blacktop Mojo live the rest of the summer opening for Clutch. You don’t want to miss out when they come to your town. Orrrr, hear me out here, maybe you can schedule a road trip. It is summer after all.
