Jimmy Eat World is part of a 90’s Retro Tour headlined by The Offspring and also featuring New Found Glory. The band was second on the bill after New Found Glory got the crowd loosened up and on their feet. From the opening chords of their opener “Pain” to the finish of their last song “The Middle,” they had the crowd hyped and dancing. Jim Adkins does an amazing job and has throughout the band’s run and he’s proving it on this tour. Wow! The guy knows how to fully invest in the song and sell the emotions of it. The band’s imprint on the pop-punk scene from that era. The band’s hit “The Middle” had mainstream success with it and it went platinum. It even has a place in Spotify’s Billions Club. As for tonight’s performance, the band sounded amazing! They took the momentum that New Found Glory set with their performance and raised it even more to get the crowd ready for The Offspring. Job well done by all! A full setlist follows the photo gallery.
