Corrosion of Conformity just released their own take on “Fire And Water” by Free! via Nuclear Blast Records. The song and official video released were recorded during their down time while recording their upcoming full-length album. This special set of tunes where C.O.C. cover some of their favorite artists is entitled Riffissippi Studio Jam Sessions Vol. I and we can’t wait to hear more from it.
You can currently catch Corrosion of Conformity on the road opening up the show every night on a North American co-headline tour which features Judas Priest and Alice Cooper. I was pretty excited to catch this tour. As a huge fan of C.O.C., it was such a great opportunity to catch them on the big stage, early in the day, much different than their usual headline shows I’ve attended. C.O.C. may have only played a 7 track setlist that evening but it was incredible! They know how to pack everything into a show and had absolutely no problem getting the thousands of concert-goers in attendance fully amped up for the headliners.
