Hot off of releasing their 5th studio album, Popular Monster, and the huge tour to back it, Falling In Reverse surprised fans with even more new music in 2025. On May 20, 2025, Falling In Reverse unleashed their latest single, “God Is A Weapon.” As with some of their more recent tracks, FIR enlisted another music heavyweight to feature on this song with the addition of Marilyn Manson.

Following the release, Falling In Reverse headed out on the God Is A Weapon North American headline tour. While the band did hit up a lot of the major festivals this year, including a full headline set at this year’s Inkcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival. They also played amphitheaters and arenas around the U.S. and brought with them a huge lineup. Fans got to see FIR share the stage with Slaughter To Prevail, Wage War, Hollywood Undead, Tech N9ne, Sleep Theory, and Point North.

We were so excited for the opportunity to catch them live when they rolled into PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte, NC. The initial date for the show ended up postponed and critics certainly had a lot to say about it. But the diehard fans knew they’d be back and were absolutely disappointed. Falling In Reverse extended their tour adding on an extra date at the end just to make it up to the fans in Charlotte and we were absolutely there for it.

On October 1, 2025, Falling In Reverse rolled back in to PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte. They brought along Slaughter To Prevail to not only open the show, but they also allowed them to play a full headline set themselves that night. Just before time for the headliners, we see their puppet “Donald” on the big screen behind the stage attempting to antagonize the audience and joke about them not performing that night. Did I mention the true fans will stick by no matter what? Of course they did and cheered as the band jumped on stage diving straight into “Prequel.”

I feel like there weren’t as many pauses between songs that night and they were mostly just hitting fans with one great track after another. Highlights for myself included actually hearing their latest single, “God Is A Weapon,” live for the first time. This included scenes from the official music video and the lights on stage would go down to showcase what a performance Marilyn Manson gave in this track. I loved how they shared this live and just left everyone wanting more. They also invited Alex Terrible back on stage during “Ronald” and that really just cemented the show and how great these bands are. It was absolutely worth the wait to catch this tour!
