Worldwide Panic’s self-titled full-length album was released on February 17, 2023. The album produced by the band and mastered by Zeuss (Hatebreed, Chimaira, Rob Zombie) unleashes high-energy, catchy rock songs.
The single “I Tried” is a powerful way to kick off the album with its hard-hitting lyrics and Lane Steele’s intense, growling vocals. The song is from the perspective of a person who feels overlooked in society as Steele sings, “What is said and done is done, for all this I have become so numb. Now you see what my life has become.”
The band’s impressive cover of Tears for Fears iconic song “Everybody Wants to Rule The World” proves the band’s versatility. Steele’s incredible vocal range is displayed in this song as he mixes softer crooning with his booming rock vocals.
“Another Side Of Me” is a stand-out track on the album. With its captivating chorus, distorted guitar riffs, and explosive drumbeats, the song will be a fan favorite at the band’s live shows.
Powerhouse track “The Things That Are To Be” is aggressive, in-your-face rock music at its finest. Steele’s thunderous vocals singing “Turn the lights out and set me free,” and the double bass drumming with synth/electronics combine to make this an explosive, unforgettable song.
Worldwide Panic’s new album does a phenomenal job of combining hard rock music with synth/electronics and captivating choruses.
