Lost Dogs Of Ultimo is a music project led by artist, musician composer and producer Pauli with a passion for pushing boundaries and defying genre limitations

Based in Naarm Melbourne Lost Dogs Of Ultimo take pride in their ability to fuse genres including Punk Ska Experimental Rock with Hip Hop Beats that consist of a mixture of Instrumentals and theme-based songs with a mesmerizing amalgamation of big bass sounds with Guitar effects loops samples to seamlessly create distinct sounds and vibes.

Collaboration lies at the heart of Lost Dogs Of Ultimo’s creative processes teaming up with guest artists and musicians to bring depth and texture to the projects that bring creative growth and evolution. This approach highlights their approach of celebrating cultural diversity and promote solidarity with minority groups. The music is driven by a desire to stimulate dialogue and inspire connection

Every superhero or villain has an origin and a band is no different minus the radioactive spiders and secret government experiments. What is the origin of Lost Dogs Of Ultimo?

Lost Dogs Of Ultimo is a collective of Musicians Artists and Activists that have come from all over the globe to work on different projects that we focus on. We usually work on topical themes with each and every release

Band names can have a meaning or it can be a name pulled out of a hat. What’s the story behind (insert band name)?

Ultimo is a suburb in Sydney where I was based for seven years and was the place I met a lot of other musicians and artists. After we all moved on, I needed a name that reflected our collective history so Lost Dogs Of Ultimo we became.

What are you currently working on?

I’m in the studio now finishing off a song with an incredible Spanish artist Jazz Minero. It’s a Punk fueled track a mix of Hip-Hop beats and some serious distorted Bass Guitar.

Who was your first celebrity crush?

I quite liked the idea of getting a little intimate with Suzi Quatro when she was on Happy Days.

If music was over today and you had to go into professional wrestling, what would your wrestling name be?

Oh that would have to be Kranky One.
