Ash Minor was billed as the opener for the Maxwell show in Raleigh, North Carolina on October 7 at the Red Hat Amphitheater. I will admit that I was not familiar with Ash or his music, but we always show up for the opener at every show we cover. I was really blown away by what I able to experience next. Ash has this smooth blend of R&B with some bad-ass bluesy guitar riffs that totally caught me off guard. The guy is a double threat both vocally and on the axe. Shortly into his first song, people were clapping and shouting out in approval. Yes, I an most definitely now a fan of Ash Minor and I highly encourage you to check this talented guy out.
