New York-based glam-punk powerhouse Bad Mary is set to release their first live single, “Marz Attaqx,” on April 15. This high-octane track offers listeners the unfiltered experience of the band’s raw, live energy and serves as the first glimpse into their forthcoming debut live album, Live on Long Island, scheduled for release on July 15.

Originally featured on their 2016 EP We Could Have Saved the World, “Marz Attaqx” has been reimagined in a live setting, capturing the band’s signature blend of high energy and punk rebellion. The accompanying live video, filmed at Industry in Huntington, NY, showcases the band’s dynamic stage presence and the electric atmosphere of their performances.
Bassist and vocalist Mike Staub shares, “We’ve always felt that our live performance is the true Bad Mary experience. We love interacting with the crowd and feeding off their energy. Live on Long Island really captures that”. Bad Mary will be dropping new live songs and videos each month leading up to the album’s full release on July 15.
A staple in the New York punk scene for over a decade Bad Mary is Amanda Mac (vocals), David Henderson (guitar), Mike Staub (bass/vocals), and Bill Mac (drums). The band has earned praise from SiriusXM’s Underground Garage, including multiple “Coolest Song in the World” titles and regular features in their New Music Spotlight.
In addition to the live album, the band is actively writing and recording a new studio album slated for later this year.
