Bullet For My Valentine has been tearing up the roads. In May alone, not only did they finish up a massive Canadian tour opening up for Megadeth, the band then hit up Welcome to Rockville, before heading out on their own first U.S. headline tour in 5 years!! Their first stop would be at The Fillmore Charlotte on May 19th. The band was met with a huge sold-out crowd for their first headline show and we were absolutely stoked to be a part of it. In fact, fans started lining up hours before doors were set to open that night. All of them wanting to get up close to their favorite band!! Zero 9:36 would start out the show getting the crowd pumped up. But when Bullet For My Valentine hit the stage, the crowd erupted. The band started the show with “Knives” off their 2021 self-titled released and there were already droves of fans crowd surfing their way to the front. Bullet For My Valentine would continue for well over an hour before heading off the stage, but this crowd was definitely not ready for the end of the show. After a few minutes, the lights were still out and the crowd was still chanting, then the band started into the first notes of “Your Betrayal” before the stage lit back up and everyone was cheering at this point. Bullet For My Valentine came back with a 3 song encore also including anthems “Tears Don’t Fall” and “Waking The Demon.” It was an incredible show start to finish! Check out our pics from the night.
