Candlebox are out on their The Long Goodbye Tour. They’re opening up for 3 Doors Down on that band’s Away From The Sun Anniversary Tour as well as doing their own headlining dates. The 3 Doors Down tour rolled into Raleigh, North Carolina on August 26, 2023 to the Red Hat Amphitheater located in downtown Raleigh. The show was SOLD-OUT and these people were ready to blow off all of their troubles for a few hours and have a great time. Candlebox definitely set the bar high with their set. The guys hit the stage to “Arrow” from their self-titled debut album and they sounded amazing. If you’re a fan of the band’s self-titled debut album, then you were in heaven. The band played all but one song (“Rain”) off of that album. They also threw in one song, “What Do You Need?,” from their new album The Long Goodbye for good measure. Kevin Martin’s voice is incredibly strong and sounds better than ever! It was a great set from the guys and it really makes you want to go catch them on a headlining show.
