We always make a habit of getting to shows early enough to see all of the opening bands, regardless of where we are covering. We got to The Pour House Music Hall and Record Store in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina early on May 7 to cover the Olivia Jean show. As for the opener, all we knew was their name was Leggy and this was the first night of a run of dates that they were doing opening for Olivia. As soon as the band hit the stage, we knew that we were going to be in for some fun. There was a ton of energy and the music was punk, but pretty catchy as well. Their set was short, but left you wanting more from this band that you had no clue about! We found out at the merch table that that the band was from Cincinnati. Other than that, we were forced to surf YouTube and the net when we got to find out more about the band! This is definitely a band to keep your eyes and ears on!
