Los Angeles-based duo Holy Wars is heating up the music scene. Their new EP Cult Classic was released on November 10th via Pale Chord/BMG. Kat Leon (vocals) and Nick Perez (guitars/production) create electrifying songs that can’t be defined by musical genres. Mixing elements of rock, metal, electronic, and dark pop, every song is a mind-blowing, high-octane hit.
The first track “Cult Classic” sets it off with a fiery anthem with Kat’s commanding vocals, Nick’s driving guitars, and hooky chorus.

“Venom” is the standout track on the EP. The raucous, empowering song will most certainly cause mayhem in the pit at their live shows.
The final track on the EP is “TENSION/RELEASE.” The mix of the distorted, heavy guitars with Kat’s ethereal, hypnotizing vocals in the chorus makes this a favorite on the album.
Cult Classic is a cool, catchy, rowdy ride. Holy Wars is a band to keep an eye on as they continue to take the music world by storm.
