Hardy brought his Quit!! Tour to a jam-packed Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek in Raleigh, North Carolina on a hot and sticky Saturday night. I don’t know if it was officially declared a SOLD-OUT show, but you could not see a single blade of grass in the lawn seat section. After a lengthy intro party featuring Ella Langley, Travis Denning and Kip Moore (GREAT sets by all three of them!), it was time for Hardy to hit the stage. But, it was first time for a recorded version (at least I believe it was) of him performing Snoop Dogg’s classic “Gin & Juice” first. Then, the house lights went down and an “extreme closeup! Whoa!” (Wayne’s World reference) of Hardy’s face hit the big screen on the stage behind him. After his freestyle intro, at least I think it was (I know the fans will correct me if I’m wrong) the entire band hit the stage along with Hardy. Then, the pyro hit! Wow! I was not expecting that! The energy from the crowd was insane and he loved it! The setlist leaned heavy on his latest album Quit!!  He even performed two Creed songs (who are experiencing a resurgence this summer with their reunion and tour.). It was such a great show with an insane amount of energy on and off the stage!
