Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats brought their brand of rock and roll swagger to the Red Hat Amphitheater in Raleigh, North Carolina on September 27, 2023. There was a huge crowd and these people were ready to party! After a great set by Sierra Ferrell, the crowd was really loosened up and ready for him to bring it. The Nights Sweats are a huge band, but each member seemed to get a chance to shine during the show. Nathaniel himself played several instruments such as the guitar and the tambourine. The band opened with “Suffer Me” from their album What If I. Man, the energy that this band puts out is amazing and so infectious. You can’t remain seated because you want to get up, clap your hands, tap your foot, shake your booty or whatever, but you cannot sit still. The crowd was singing and dancing alright and they seemed to give back what Rateliff and the band was throwing down. A complete setlist follows the photo gallery.
