From making YouTube videos to taking the stage at the underground in Charlotte NOAHFINNCE does it all. If you’re not familiar with his music, you should give it a shot especially if you’re a fan of pop punk. YouTuber turned musician, played on in Charlotte, NC on Sunday, March 24. The bands TX2 and Teenage Jonas opened for him. And although I wasn’t very familiar with any of the bands, I’ve got to hand it to them. They’re keeping the spirit of punk music alive for the new generation.
Punk music, especially pop, punk has always been appealing to a younger audience, who relate with the music created by other young people. I’ve seen plenty of up-and-coming bands, and musicians in my career, especially over the past few years, and it’s nice to see bands like these continuing to make music that sounds similar to what I grew up on. NOAHFINNCE hails from England, but is currently on a headlining tour across the United States following the release of his debut single “Three Day Hangover.”
From Seattle to Charlotte the tour is making plenty of stops with several more dates in cities across the country. If you’re looking to catch an exciting show, I’d recommend checking it out. that’s the fun thing about it might not be exactly what you expect or even a band that you’re familiar with, but I’ll say this if you have teenagers, there’s a good chance they know exactly who NOAHFINNCE is.
