On behalf of Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers, the Rock For Children team has released a music video for “In The Midday Hour” with Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, a featured track off Rock For Children’s GRAMMY® nominated debut album ‘Solid Rock Revival,’ promising a captivating and uplifting musical experience for children, embodying a message of change and positivity.

The track “In the Midday Hour” was produced by Rubén Salas, Dana Kamide, Joe Norelli. Adapted by Dana Kamide and Rubén Salas from “In The Midnight Hour”, written by legends Wilson Pickett and Steve Cropper; a dear friend and was so kind as to provide his support to the cause. DMC was booked by Eddie Newsome and Michelle Jones. Dana Kamide is performing the song alongside DMC.

On working with Alice Cooper and the Rock For Children team, DMC shares “Alice isn’t just saying music is powerful, he’s proving it! I am proud that I was called to participate on this album to create songs that inspire, motivate and transform the lives of young people. Rock n Roll can save a soul!”

In addition to Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, the Rock For Children album includes features from Alice Cooper, Slash, Rob Halford, 123 Andres, Steve Azar, Brandon Jenner and Radio Nube. All proceeds from the album will benefit the Solid Rock Teen Centers.

Rock For Children is Alice Cooper, Calico Cooper, Sharon Aguilar-Kamide, Dana Kamide, Ms. Meka Nism, Recker Eans, Conrad Varela, John David Williams, and Rubén Salas.

Rock For Children is presented by The Norelli Family Foundation in partnership with Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers. Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers provide free after-school training in music, dance, art, and vocational programs for all teens 12-20. Teens engage with their peers and can discover their talent at the centers, located in Mesa, Phoenix, and Goodyear, Arizona.
