Atlanta-based metal band Sevendust has been on the scene for more than 25 years and needs no introduction for metalheads and casual rock fans alike. On May 6, the band played the Piedmont Hall in Greensboro, NC along with Alter Bridge and Hot For Crime. The venue was packed — and loud as the band took the stage opening with “Face to Face,” off the band’s fourth album Seasons.
The 10-song set was jam-packed with favorites and new music including the live debut of “Fence,” the newest single from the band’s 14th album Truth Killer which drops on July 28, 2023 (you can check out the official music video for “Fence” right now). If you haven’t had the chance to check out the band live you still have plenty of chances. Sevendust is on tour until May 20, ending in Greeneville, SC, and then will hit the road again on August 1, starting in Buffalo, NY, and wrapping up at the end of the month in Council Bluffs, IA.
Our photographer and writer Michael Praats was at the show and captured shots of the band in action. You can see the full setlist below along with the full gallery of photos from the concert.
