Nashville-based artist Shyeye returns with “Nothing;” the single follows swiftly behind the release of her latest track, “Falling.”

“Nothing” is an emotionally charged single that blends the raw edge of post-hardcore with a  soaring, melodic hook. The track explores the cycles we fall into when chasing connection out of  fear, capturing that desperate need to hold on even when you know it’s over. With Nothing,” Shyeye channels emotional tension into something anthemic and freeing.

“I kept trying to fill my own emptiness through other people. The lyrics sound like  begging, and that’s exactly what it is. It’s me trying to get someone else to fill a void out of fear  of being alone. “Nothing” is me admitting that pattern and finally calling it out.” – Shyeye
Fans can catch Shyeye preforming at Ceremony Fest in Nashville at Cannery Hall on November 8. Headlining acts include Rain City Drive, Sueco, Weathers and more. Tickets are now available.

About Shyeye: Shyeye is the solo project of Nashville-based artist Destiny Keller, blending emo revival, nu  metal, and early 2000s post-hardcore into something both nostalgic and new. The sound  reflects her fascination with duality: shyness and confidence, softness and distortion.

From mixing in her bedroom to designing all of the project’s visuals, Shyeye builds an  intentional, DIY cinematic universe around her music.  Her debut EP Small Panic is planned for release early next year, an exploration of the fears  and anxieties that once kept her from pursuing music at all. As a fully independent musician and  visual artist, Shyeye is already cultivating a cult following drawn to a female voice in the scene  that’s both soft-spoken and unexpectedly explosive.

Catch Shyeye live at Ceremony Fest November 8th.
