Slash ft Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators just released their 4th studio album which was very simply titled 4 on February 11, 2022. They embarked on “The River Is Rising” tour which began February 8th in Portland, OR and will finish tonight (March 26th) in Orlando, FL. This tour saw Slash playing much smaller and more intimate venues than we’re certainly accustomed to seeing him. We were excited to catch the tour on March 19th at their stop at DPAC in Durham, NC. DPAC (Durham Performing Arts Center) is a 2700-seated theater located in downtown Durham, NC. The lines getting inside the theater that night were long and while it is a comfortably seated venue, everyone rose to their feet the moment Slash took the stage and never sat back down. Slash along with Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators treated the audience to a full 2-hour long set of music.
