The Wet Hot All American Summer Tour rolled into the Red Hat Amphitheater in Raleigh, North Carolina on August 14, 2023. It was a retro tour of sorts and had an old school Warped Tour vibe to it with The All American Rejects, New Found Glory, The Starting Line and The Get Up Kids. The Warped Tour; doesn’t that bring back lots of memories? After great sets by the three supporting bands, it came time for the All American Rejects. Lead vocalist Tyson Ritter and the guys did not disappoint! The setlist (which follows out photo gallery) spanned from their self-titled debut album in 2002 to their last studio album 2012’s Kids In The Street. The band members have other projects going on and based on comments by Ritter, it doesn’t look like there will be an AAR album anytime soon. It’s such a shame because they sound better than ever and the reception that they’ve gotten from fans on this tour has been amazing.
