Live music and touring have been on lockdown and fans as well as artists are going through withdrawals. We wanted to come up with something fun to help bridge that distance between fans and artists right now. What we came up with is  something called The Lockdown Lowdown and it’s a Q&A session with fun questions for artists to answer. They’re not your typical interview questions, so it gives you a peek inside of the artists themselves. We’re big music nerds here at I’m Music Magazine and we love learning things like this about the artists that we love. We’re pretty sure that you’ll get a kick out of these, so we hope you’ll take the time to read them. In this installment, we sat down for a fun Q&A session with Mindwake.

6. Life on the road; 5 of the craziest/funniest/scariest tour stories

For the most part I can’t tell these stories right here ahah !! but one day a dude offered us a bag of weed that weighed like half a Kg !!! that’s a lot !!! you can come back anytime bro.

At one of our last shows the band that plays after us offered me cocaine just like: “ i like your music then this is your gift”, you know if you liked our music you can buy tee shirts or a beanie idk ahahah (my mom always told me to never refuse a gift btw).

Or you know the times when you are already late and your tour bus starts to make weird noises, the cluster shines as if it was a christmas decoration ? Then, on our last tour, everyday was like that.

In fact we didn’t have the opportunity to tour a lot with this lineup so it’s hard to tell more stories about touring, so let us tour and come party in your city !!!

7. 5 favorite movies

1) The Shining

2) The Big Lebowski

3) My Neighbor Totoro

4) Scary Movie (the first one)

5) The Conjuring

8. Best and worst advice you ever heard.

The best may be things like “Believe in yourself” and “go for it” and the worst are probably things like when someone completely drunk tells you : “bro, i think she likes you, you should go talk to her!” ahahah

9. Strangest thing you ever autographed

One time I had to sign a big Hairy dude’s butt, but after all he offered me a beer.

10. If music was over today and you had to go into professional wrestling, what would your wrestling name be?

Hard one right here, I really don’t know ahah i would be “the dirty schnitzel” because, why not ?
