It’s been a while since we were blessed with seeing the immense talents of The Winery Dogs live in concert. Billy Sheehan, Richie Kotzen and Mike Portnoy rolled into Charlotte, North Carolina on April 2 and were greeted by a rabid, packed venue at The Underground at The Fillmore in Charlotte, North Carolina.As the lights went down, Grand Funk Railroad’s classic “American Band” blasted over the PA system. The band then hit the stage and delivered a blistering 16 song set that included tracks from all three of the band’s albums.
