Third Eye Blind are currently out on the road on their Summer Gods 2024 Tour. They made a stop in Raleigh, North Carolina on July 21, 2024 at a packed Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek. It’s a packed bill with Arizona opening up and delivering a solid set that got the crowd up out of their seats and moving. After a brief break, Yellowcard was up and there were quite a few Yellowcard shirts in the audience. The band ran through a tight set that included such staples  “Lights and Sound,” “Only You” and of course “Ocean Avenue.” After another brief break, during which some people used the bathroom, others chose to buy merch and others bought beer so expensive that they had to take out a second mortage on their home. It wasn’t long before Third Eye Blind hit the stage to the sound of “Motorcycle Drive-By.” Their first set was a plugged/electric set and included such staples as “Graduate” and “Narcolepsy.” Their second set was an unplugged one and featured “Jumper,” “Semi-Charmed Life” and others. Their encore was “How’s It Gonna Be” which has, what seemed like, the entire crowd singing along. Yellowcard and Third-Eye Blind took the crowd down memory lane with these songs.  We talked to a few people after the show who said that (insert song title) brought back so many memories for them. People laughed, smiled, danced and even cried but it was all for the love of music. A full setlist for Third Eye Blind and Yellowcard follow their photo galleries.
