Rock band, Vampires Everywhere!, are set to embark on their spring tour with supporting acts Dreamwake and Cultus Black. In addition to this announcement, the band is sharing their new visualizer for their track “Another Funeral Song” on March 14 via Dark Kingdom Records. This song is on Vampires Everywhere!’s newest full-length record ‘The Devil Made Me Do It’ featuring powerhouse single, “Antichrist.”
“Another Funeral Song” highlights an electrifying sound with addictive clean vocals. Verses are draped in brutal screams that round out the track as a whole making for a stand-out track.
“I wanted to create a song that would resonate with people’s desires to be heard in a relationship. Unfortunately, many people have a hard time listening rather than actually taking in what someone has to say. It’s honestly a horrible feeling & almost feels like you’re grieving that person as your emotions slowly slip into oblivion. One could say it’s “Another Funeral Song” … Like most people I’ve been in many situations like this & the worst part is I swam in this toxic sludge hoping it would change. The situation did not change & I decided to leave.” – Lead vocalist, Michael Vampire.

“Antichrist” is a venomous track showcasing a brutally heavy sound that contrasts against an undeniably catchy chorus. Lyrics explore pushing boundaries in a unique fashion.
“For the last 24 years I’ve been riding the wave of the “Music Industry” and trying to navigate my way through all of its insane trials and tribulations. However, I always find myself swimming in dark uncharted waters that I need to overcome in order to carry on as an artist. It’s extremely hard to run a band; let alone triumph in an industry run by major record labels and inside tastemakers. Vampires Everywhere! has always been the “outcast” band and many people to this day still don’t understand exactly what we are or where we fit. The confusion leads to chaos and in the chaos I emerge as this demonic figure misunderstood and shunned for being insanely different. I am an extremely blunt person and in an industry where kissing ass may help your career, I choose to remain steadfast and not bow down to industry norms. I became the “Antichrist” of the industry. I need my fans to know that being different and extremely honest can lead them to the holy land; meaning success and personal satisfaction. I am not going anywhere and refuse to stop being an artist and being completely genuine. The song is my ode to being myself. I never wrote about my personal struggles with this topic and it feels liberating to finally lay it on wax.” – Lead vocalist, Michael Vampire.

“I wanted more than anything to have a collective body of work of all my little successes over the last year. I needed to feel something. I needed fans to have something that they could be proud of owning and listening to over and over again. So after many weed induced dreams I came to the conclusion that I needed to collect my favorite songs and put them together to create one master version. However, being the OCD nut that I am, I could not be happy enough with just that! I had some lyrics in me that I needed to get out.. thus creating “Antichrist” and “Another Funeral Song” which in my opinion completes the story I’m trying to tell. Because this idea spawned from within my dreams it was only right to name it The Devil Made Me Do It.” – Lead Vocalist, Michael Vampire.
Forming in Hollywood, CA Vampires Everywhere! came together under the events of immortality, as lead vocalist Michael Vampire found himself in a collision with a drunk driver causing their van to flip resulting in his death in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. “My teeth exploded causing me to choke on my own blood, they revived me from that.” Says Michael reflecting on the accident. “The doctors said somebody was on my shoulder watching over me during this accident. It led me down a darker path, it was the pushing and driving force behind but I wanted to do.” Michael says regarding the band’s conception.
This incident intertwined with his love of horror films such as “Bram Stoker’s Dracula,” “Fright Night,” and the 1987 cult classic film “The Lost Boys” helped piece the band together. “The name comes from a comic book in “The Lost Boys,” that not many people knew about.” Says Michael on the inspiration behind the name, Vampires Everywhere!. The band mixes worlds of 80’s glam portrayed in Mötley Crüe laced with the new-aged metalcore. They quickly gained notoriety in 2010 with the band’s debut music video “Immortal Love” quickly hitting 1 million views and landed on the iconic MTV Headbangers Ball.
Following the success of “Immortal Love” Vampires Everywhere! joined the Hot Topic Tour in 2010 with Black Veil Brides. The band went on to build an extensive tour history, sharing the stage with artists such as Alesana, Escape The Fate, Falling In Reverse, Motionless In White and more. They were featured on X Japan’s first North American Tour along with playing festivals including Inkcarceration Fest, Van’s Warped Tour, Dark Force Fest, South By SoWhat, HTP Fest and Headlining Rob Zombie’s Great Adventure in Pomona, CA.
The 2021 era of the band has spawned a new generation of Vampires Everywhere! fans. Their cover of “Cry Little Sister,” the theme song from the 1987 cult classic film “The Lost Boys” earned a Top 40 spot on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Chart and Mediabase Rock Radio Charts. The song was also featured on the Paramount+ Hit TV Show “Burning Girls” in the UK. “The whole idea of what we’re trying to do is “trying to believe in yourself” and put yourself in a position where you can praise yourself more.” Says Michael explains, “Our music having a darker element to relate to people who may not be happy.” Hear Vampires Everywhere!’s latest single, “White Wedding” now, via Dark Kingdom Records.
