| Fresh off signing to FLG as part of Frontiers Label Group’s new Artist Partnership Platform NOIUS, alt-rock group X Ambassadors is excited to release their label debut “Y.O.T.H.” (Year Of The Horse). The new track is out now and streaming here: https://ffm.to/xambassadors-yoth. Watch the music video here: https://youtu.be/-tvM7Uak5m0. On the new single, front man Sam Nelson Harris shares: “It has been a year of substantial change for the band, both personally and professionally. Two of us joined the ranks and became fathers, now making this a band of grown-ass adult parents. We signed a new record deal and started working with new management. Realities have shifted, times have changed, stakes have been raised. Y.O.T.H was written at the beginning of the year, as we were in the last stages of writing for our new album. We were all crammed into a small Airbnb in Nashville, and the instrumental came together as a last-ditch effort to come up with something before everyone called it a night before our flights home the next morning. The lyrics came to me a few weeks after, the chorus first: “can you hear King David’s chord?” while I was on my hands and knees cleaning the toilet in my bathroom. It’s a song about possibility, about learning to embrace the waves that are coming to hit you. It’s a song about change. The beauty and the terror and everything in between. Not sure if we’ve missed the moment releasing a song called “Year of the Horse” at the END of the year of the horse, but… as a new dad, I’m learning to be okay being late to everything now.” The release marks X Ambassador’s first new music since their 2024 album Townie and the beginning of a new chapter for the band with FLG Records, following their recent signing as the first artist under NOIUS, Frontiers Label Group’s new invite-only Artist Partnership Platform. Launched as the company celebrates its 30th anniversary, NOIUS offers established artists a flexible, collaborative approach built around creative freedom, transparency, investment and shared success, backed by Frontiers’ global infrastructure and expertise. In 2025 X Ambassadors celebrated the 10th anniversary of their debut album VHS with the release of the reimagined VHS(X). Since then they have been in the studio working on new music, with more to come. Fans can stay tuned at https://xambassadors.com/.
